With a renewal notice, debit-note, Invoice or equivalent form Heritage that has a Barcode on it, you can pay online. Click here for our link to ePay using the alphanumeric barcode reference in your document. 

Please note that this method is for full amount that will be shown on screen. You cannot make partial payment.

Ensure that details shown on screen are correct, confirm the amount and purpose of the payment you intend to make.


At Heritage Insurance, you may make Payment in one of the several options enabled :

  1. To a Cashier at any of our Branches.
  2. By Mpesa
  3. Online by Credit / Debit Card
  4. It is also possible to make arrangements for Premium Financing.

Heritage Insurance has once more partnered with the Association of Kenya Insurers (AKI) in organising the 2018 annual AKI Medical Camp which will be held  in Matuu, Machakos County.

Speaking during a cheque presentation ceremony at AKI offices, Albert Ngunjiri who is the Head of Health Business and the Corporate Social Investment patron noted that the company remains steadfast in driving affordable health access for the disadvantaged.

It was a night of glitz and glamour as Heritage Insurance scooped top awards at the Think Business Insurance awards 2017, Kenya's biggest night in the insurance calendar, underpinning the company's strong influence in the insurance sector in the country.

The awards which were held at the magnificent Radisson Blue in Upper hill, brought together over 30 insurance companies in Kenya, in which Heritage scooped 3 awards out of a possible six entries that the company submitted.
