We recently upgraded for better customer experience, payments made through our Mpesa Pay Bill 503000. When the client confirms payment, they are getting the usual confirmation from Mpesa, BUT ALSO a confirmation from our system that Heritage has received the money. Our team is also making a telephone call to the sender to confirm what was being paid for. We are the first company to interface our system to that of Safaricom, so that Mpesa transactions hit our system real-time. Money received as above is auto receipted, if the client has provided a valid barcode-no, policy-no or claim-no. Receipts for such payments could be printed in any of our branches.
